This agreement for catering is hereby entered into between the following parties.Event Contract • February 3rd, 2023
50% of balance due 2 weeks prior to event, with final numbers and menu choices to be finalized no later than 7days prior to the actual event date. A non-refundable reservation fee of $500.00 is due upon signing. In the event Horizons Catering cancels the event, due to anything other than an act of God, Horizons Catering will refund the full deposit amount within 7 days.
