This Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into on the date of full execution (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between Kern County Superintendent of Schools located at 1300 17th Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301 (the “Local Education Agency” or “LEA”) and PowerSchool Group LLC located at 150 Parkshore Drive, Folsom, CA 95630 (the “Provider”)
