This Savings Account agreement (“Savings Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Republic Bank & Trust Company, Member FDIC has established, pursuant to your request, an optional Savings Account (“Savings Account”) that is linked to your designated Brink’s Money Account. If there is a conflict between this Savings Agreement and the agreement governing your Brink’s Money Account (“Cardholder Agreement”), this Savings Agreement shall govern with respect to rights and responsibilities related to the Savings Account to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
