International Financial Entity with headquarters in Puerto Rico, and Wadiah Capital (“Wadiah”) a Capital Trust and Bank Corporation with a principal place of business located at 100 King Street W Fl. 5600, Toronto, M5X 1C9, Canada. Each Party shall be individually referred to as a Party (“Party”), and together, the Parties (“Parties”).
