This API Participant Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Academic Programs International, LLC (“API”) and you (also referred to as the “Participant") and is made effective as of the date of electronic execution. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your participation in any program offered by API. By submitting an Intent to Enroll form and/or clicking on “I agree” or other indication of acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by, the terms contained herein. All API policies and agreements related to your application are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement by reference.
