It is important that you read this document before installing or using the software provided by TopQuadrant (the “Software”) and any associated documentation or materials provided by TopQuadrant (“Documentation”). By clicking the “I accept” and “Next” buttons below, or by installing, or otherwise using, the Software, you acknowledge and agree that you are binding Customer to the terms of this EULA.
