By your acceptance you ("You" or "User") acknowledge and agree that your use of APPEX software from Shared Collective, LLC ("Company"), a Virginia limited liability company with its principal place of business in Alexandria, Virginia, is subject to the terms and conditions of this End-User Licensed Agreement ("EULA"). THIS EULA IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND COMPANY FOR YOUR TRIAL USE OF APPLICATIONS AND CONNECTORS DEVELOPED AND/OR HOSTED BY THE COMPANY (COLLECTIVELY "LICENSED APPS AND CONNECTORS"). BY ACCESSING OR UTILIZING THE LICENSED APPS AND CONNECTORS YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT MAKE USE OF THE LICENSED APPS AND CONNECTORS ON A TRIAL BASIS.
