These Terms of Service constitute the agreement ("Agreement") between Mashell Telecom, Inc d/b/a Rainier Connect the "Company” and the user ("you," "user" or "Customer") of the Company’s Business Digital Phone service and any related products or services ("Service"). This Agreement governs both the Service and any equipment, such as an IP phone, Multimedia Terminal Adapter (MTA), Embedded Multimedia Terminal Adapter (EMTA), Analog Telephone Adapter or any other IP connection Equipment, ("Equipment") used in conjunction with the Service. By activating the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and you agree, to these Terms of Service, and you represent that you are of legal age to enter this Agreement and become bound by its terms.
