THIS AGREEMENT (this “Option Agreement”) is made effective as of the latter signature date hereof (the “Effective Date”) by and between GTP Acquisition Partners II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Buyer”) and Holiday Island Suburban Improvement District (“Seller”) (Buyer and Seller being collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
