THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (this “Contract”) is made and entered into on , 2016, by and among the Hapeville Development Authority (the “Constitutional Authority”), a public body corporate and politic duly created and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia, the Development Authority of the City of Hapeville (the “Statutory Authority”), a public body corporate and politic duly created and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia, and the City of Hapeville (the “City”), a municipal corporation duly created and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia.
