Upon the death, resignation, or incapacity of an initial Trustee, a successor Trustee shall be a person named pursuant to Section 7.7 below. The term “Trustee” includes Cotrustees if Cotrustees are then serving. See section 8.12 for other provisions with respect to the construction of this instrument.
