THIS INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT (Agreement) is made and entered into this the day of , 20 , by the COUNTY of DURHAM (the County), a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina, and the CITY of DURHAM (the City), a North Carolina municipal corporation. This Agreement is made as an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement pursuant to Part I, Article 20 of Chapter 160A of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
