This Multi-User License Agreement (the “License”) is entered into by and between CINDAS LLC (“CINDAS”), an Indiana limited liability company, with a business address of 1435 Win Hentschel Blvd, Suite B-110, West Lafayette, IN 47906-4147, and the licensee designated in the signature block below (“Licensee”) (each referred to as a “party” and, collectively, as the “parties”). This License pertains to the specific CINDASTM software, database and accompanying materials (collectively, the “Licensed Work”) that is/are ordered by Licensee.
