This Digital Services Agreement covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning your Online and Mobile: Banking, Online Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture (“Mobile Deposit”) , Pay Other People Money (“Popmoney”), and eStatement services (collectively “Digital Services”) offered to you by Sound Credit Union. By signing an Account Card or using any Digital service, you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement and any amendments. Electronic funds transfers (“EFTs”) are electronically initiated transfers of money through any channel involving your accounts at the Credit Union, excluding Mobile Deposit transactions. If the account accessed by the EFT service is held by a business member or the services used for business purposes it is considered a business account in this Agreement.
