This User Agreement is a contract between you as a business entity or individual using the Bushel Wallet and Bushel services and/or as an individual affiliated with such business entity (“you”) and Bushel Inc. (“Bushel,” “we,” or “us”), governing your use of your Bushell Wallet account and Bushel’s services. To use the Bushel services, in addition to other criteria or requirements we may prescribe from time to time, you must be a resident of the United States, be 18 years of age or older, and have a U.S. business bank account.
