Recalling the Agreement reached in multi-party talks between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of Ireland and the Northern Ireland Executive Parties at Stormont House, Belfast on 23 December 2014 (hereinafter ‘the Stormont House Agreement’),
