(collectively, “You”, "Your”, “Client”, or “Data Controller”) have read and understood and agree to comply with this DPA, and are entering into a binding legal agreement with IRONSCALES as defined below (“IRONSCALES”, “Us”, “We”, “Our”, “Service Provider” or “Data Processor”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (as such terms are defined below) of GDPR-protected individuals.
