This Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Players Philanthropy Fund, a Maryland charitable trust recognized as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), located at 1122
