By executing an Order Form (defined below) that references this Agreement and identifies the corporation or other legal entity identified on the Order Form (“Customer”), the signer of each Order Form represents that such signer has the authority to bind that legal entity to this Agreement. HITRUST and Customer are each a “Party” hereto, and collectively, they are the “Parties”.
