These Terms and Conditions for the Software License for the Centrella™ Smart+ Bed (this “Agreement”) set forth the terms applicable to your use of the accompanying and embedded software (the “Software”) in the Centrella™ Smart+ Bed (the “Product”). For the purposes of this Agreement, “you” means the purchaser of the Product with the Software, and “Licensor” means Hill-Rom Company, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
