THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 7TH day of April, 2015, by and between Sustainable Modular Management, a corporation, whose address is 14850 Quorum Drive, Suite 205, Dallas, TX 75254, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and the CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, a Texas Municipal Corporation and Home-Rule City, hereinafter referred to as "City," to be effective upon approval of the Denton City Council and the subsequent execution of this Contract by the Denton City Manager or his duly authorized designee.
