MASTER AGREEMENTParticipating Addendum • January 8th, 2024
This Participating Addendum for the above referenced Master Agreement (“Participating Addendum”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Washington acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, a Washington State governmental agency (“Enterprise Services”) and CDW Government LLC, an Illinois LLC (“Contractor”) and is dated and effective as of the date of the last signature. This Participating Addendum shall terminate upon the expiration or the termination of the Master Agreement, as amended, unless the Participating Addendum is terminated sooner in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
