THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2017, by and between, THE COUNTY OF JACKSON, a body politic organized and existing under the laws of and a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as the “County”, and WNC OUTDOOR DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, KELLY T. CUSTER, individually with all parties being collectively referred to as the “Parties”;
