This Master Services Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of customer support and sales services (the “Services”) provided by Slingshot Technology, Inc. (a WorkWave owned company) (“Slingshot”). Additional terms and conditions specific to an applicable Service you have purchased may also apply and are available at www.workwave.com/general-terms-and-conditions. You agree to review such additional Service specific terms and conditions, and that such additional terms and conditions are binding and incorporated herein by reference. As used herein, the term “Agreement” means this Master Services Agreement and such additional Service specific terms and conditions.
