Wherever necessary to make the context of the clauses set forth in these Special Prime Contract Requirements and Terms and Conditions applicable to this Subcontract, the terms “Supplier”, “Offeror”, “Contractor”, “Vendor” “Recipient”, and “Sub-recipient” shall mean Subcontractor, the term "Contract" shall mean this Subcontract and any Task Order issued thereunder, and the terms “Entity”, “Participating Entity” and “Public Agency” shall mean UNICOM Government, Inc. The term “Purchaser” shall mean the procuring government agency or educational institution. However, these terms do not change (1) when a right, act, authorization, or obligation can be granted or performed only by the government agency or educational institution, or their duly authorized representatives.
