This contract certifies the above student is a student at Brighton High School and a member of the Vocal Music Department and one or more of its choirs. Every uniform piece has an assigned number; make a note of these numbers once the uniform arrives home. Your student will be expected to turn in the same materials that are assigned to them. The student and his/her parents or guardians agree to be completely responsible for all of the uniform items that are checked out.
