This Equipment Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of the current date by and between MuscleSound, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company having offices at 501 South Cherry Street, Suite 1080, Gendale, CO, 80246 (hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”) and the Lessee (“Lessee”). Both being hereinafter individually referred to as a Party and collectively as the Parties.
