This Software Licence agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between the person or organisation wishing to evaluate the Software (“the Evaluator”) and helpIT systems limited of 15-17 The Crescent, Leatherhead, KT22 8DY, UK (“helpIT”) whereby helpIT grants a temporary licence (“Licence”) to use the helpIT software provided to the Evaluator (“Software”) for evaluation.
