This Eligible Low-Income Development Virtual Net Energy Metering (NEM2VSOM) Interconnection Agreement for Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) Program with Solar Generation Totaling 1 MW or Less, (Agreement) is entered into by and between (Customer-Generator), and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), a California Corporation. Customer-Generator and PG&E are sometimes also referred to in this Agreement jointly as “Parties” or individually as “Party.” In consideration of the mutual promises and obligations stated in this Agreement and its attachments, the Parties agree as follows:
