THIS CONTRACT (the “Contract”) is made and entered into effective as of the 17th day of July, 2018 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas (“Authority”), and Platinum Environmental Solutions, LLC (“Consultant”), each a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
