This agreement made and entered into this 21st day of December, 2023 between the CITY OF STEVENSON, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, hereinafter referred to as “City,” and the SKAMANIA COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, a non-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Chamber.”
