Contract will be non-transferable and there will be no refunds during the calendar year. Customer may cancel contract at any time with a written notice mailed to Hall’s Bobcat Service (address below). Should customer cancel their Annual Service Contract, there will be no refunds. Customer understands Contract provides a one-time annual inspection (items listed below) Hall’s Bobcat Service, will give an onsite evaluation of the system. Included in this evaluation will be and Annual Inspection Sheet provided to the customer. There will be no service work or new parts exchanged with this service contract. All onsite service work and parts will be invoiced separately. All new parts exchanged will be subject to delay in shipping, additional shipping cost, & taxes. Customer does not hold Hall’s Bobcat Service responsible for any additional charges necessary.
