Oregon Health and Science University (“OHSU”) and Oregon Nurses Association (“ONA”), together the “Parties”, enter into the following Agreement to resolve all but one specifically defined issue related to the grievance ONA filed on April 5, 2021 (the “Grievance”), alleging that OHSU violated Sections 9.1.6, 9.2, 9.2.1, 9.3.1, 9.2.4, 10.3, and 24.3 of the Parties’ January 4, 2021 – June 30, 2023 Collective Bargaining Agreement (“2021‐2023 CBA”).
