DATA PROCESSING SPECIFICATIONData Processing Specification • July 24th, 2024
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”) and [INSERT REGISTRAR NAME] agree, effective as of [•], 202[•], that this Data Processing Specification shall be annexed to and incorporated in the [Registrar Accreditation Agreement], dated as of [INSERT EFFECTIVE DATE] (the “Agreement”). All capitalized terms not defined in this Data Processing Specification shall have the meaning given to them elsewhere in the Agreement. The Agreement does not define the requirements and responsibilities of the parties when Processing Personal Data for purposes other than those specified in the Agreement. Processing Personal Data outside of the scope of the Agreement is the sole responsibility of the respective party.
