State College Blvd., Suite 100, Orange, CA 92868-1673 (referred to as “County”), and Orange County Transportation Authority, having a place of business at 550 S. Main St. Orange, CA 92863-1584 (referred to as “Contractor”), for bus passes. County and Contractor may be individually referred to as “Party,” or collectively as “Parties.”
