("JMW") has spent many years in research and development and has created a body of theories, principles, methods, concepts, and applications embodied in a program called The Emerging Leaders™ program (ELP). JMW holds the ELP and its manuals and documentation as proprietary, confidential, and unique. The purpose of this Proprietary Information Agreement is to identify our respective rights and obligations with respect to said confidential and proprietary information.
