This Priority Dispatch System Implementation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made on September 25, 2023 (“Effective Date”) and entered by and between Medical Priority Consultants, Inc. dba Priority Dispatch Corp (“PDC”), a Utah corporation, and Archuleta County Combined Dispatch (“Customer”). PDC and Customer are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
