This License agreement (this “Agreement”) sets out the terms relating to the grant of a License in certain intellectual property in Korus Digital Assets (“Korus Assets”) as embodied in a collection of digital collectable tokens using the ERC-721 token standard, which is more commonly known as non-fungible tokens (“Korus Digital Collectibles”). Korus Digital Collectibles have been minted via a smart contract deployed on the Polygon blockchain at the Token Contract address stated on the cover page of the Agreement (the “Smart Contract”). Korus Digital Collectibles contain metadata which are associated with digital assets created or licensed by the Creator (as defined below) that include Pixelynx Assets (the “Assets”). For the purposes of this Agreement, the “Licensed Digital Collectible Assets” refers to the Assets (in their entirety) specifically, directly, and identifiably associated with the Korus Digital Collectibles owned by you in totality and not any individual component of the As
