The customer has signed a license and purchase agreement for the Aebi Schmidt Telematics Solution. These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the agreement and therefore the use of the Aebi Schmidt Telematic Solutions. The Telematic Solutions consists of hardware, software (“IntelliOPS”) and services and are provided by companies of the Aebi Schmidt Group (“Aebi Schmidt”) or authorized dealers or other commissioned parties ("Dealers").
