The North East River Yacht Club (NERYC) on behalf of NERC DOCKS, LLC (a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of NERYC Inc.) shall furnish winter storage slips for use by club members in good standing and who have paid their 2015 membership dues in full and have satisfied all other financial obligations owed the club.
