Chapter 6C, as amended, having an address of Ten Park Plaza, Boston, Massachusetts 02116 (“MassDOT”); the Town of Westford, a Massachusetts municipal corporation, having an address of 55 Main Street, Westford, Massachusetts 01886; the Town of Chelmsford, a Massachusetts municipal corporation, having an address of 50 Billerica Road, Chelmsford, Massachusetts 01012 and the City of Lowell, a Massachusetts municipal corporation, having an address of 375 Merrimack Street, Lowell, Massachusetts 01852 (collectively, the “Municipalities”).
