THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between Greenville Independent School District, an independent school district organized under the laws of the State of Texas, (hereinafter referred to as (“District”) and ______________ (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee").
