WHEREAS, Region 14 ESC has entered into a certain Master Agreement dated May 1, 2017 , referenced as Contract Number 10-03 , by and between Region 14 ESC and Vendor, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof (the “Master Agreement”), for the purchase of Playground Equipment, Surfacing, Site Furnishings, and Related Products/Services;
