This Agreement applies to all future Contracts, Purchase Orders or verbal agreements for services provided by the Consultancy to the Client/Business Partner. The T&Cs below spell out the Consultancy’s requirements for actual working conditions of its staff. Any unreasonable breach of these T&Cs will terminate current Contracts or Purchase Orders. Under Schedule 12 of the Finance Act 2000 (“Intermediaries Legislation”), the Inland Revenue may contact any Clients, Agencies or Business Partners to confirm this arrangement. It is in the interests of all Clients & Business Partners to conform to these requirements in order to indemnify themselves against claims for Employee taxation in the UK.
