THIS CONTRACT is made by and between the Board of Education of Shelton Public Schools, (legally known as Buffalo County School District 10- 0019, and referred to herein as “the Board” and “the School District” respectively), and Brian Redinger, referred to herein as “Superintendent Redinger” and by the pronouns “he,” “him,” and “his.” The Board agrees to employ Mr. Redinger as Superintendent of Schools and he agrees to accept such employment subject to the terms and conditions herein.
