This Agreement contains the description, terms, conditions and rates applicable to the furnishing of international telecommunications services provided by VarTec Telecom, Inc.(referred to herein as “VTI” or “the Company” or “VarTec”) with principal offices at 1600 Viceroy Drive, Dallas, Texas 75235. This Agreement applies only to international services furnished from origination points within the United States to terminating locations outside the United States. Forpurposes of this Agreement, and unless otherwise indicated, the term “United States” includes all fifty (50) states and the District of Columbia, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
