This Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release (this “Agreement”) is hereby entered into on this day of February, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and between The Town of Munster, Indiana, and Munster Municipal Center Corporation (collectively, “Munster”) and Linden Group, Inc. (“Linden”). Munster and Linden are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
