FiledOctober 4th, 2017During the hours of Service specified in clause 1.2, JSL will provide a client service and administration telephone help desk facility (“Help Desk”) for the benefit of the Client. JSL shall accept calls for English language telephone support in connection with Orders and Incidents during the hours of Service specified in clause 1.2. For the avoidance of doubt, for security reasons JSL shall be under no obligation to provide any technical assistance to the users who are unauthorised nominated contacts.
