THIS Contract is entered into by and between the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and the Regional Behavioral Health Authority, a Nebraska Interlocal Agreement Agency, hereinafter referred to as “Region V Systems.” Collectively County and Region V Systems may be referred to as “the Parties,” and individually each may be referred to as a “Party.”
