The undersigned (the “Subscriber”) irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase the number of Common Class A Shares ( “Shares”) in the capital of the Corporation specified below for the Aggregate Subscription Price specified below, at the Price specified below, upon and subject to the attached Terms and Conditions, which form an integral and necessary part of this Agreement (collectively, this “Subscription Agreement”).
